Best experience buying a new vehicle I live in Calgary, and the prices for new vehicles seem to be far more expensive than vehicles in Edmonton. I inquired online about a 2017 Tacoma, and I live in Calgary, and the prices for new vehicles seem to be far more expensive than vehicles in Edmonton. I inquired online about a 2017 Tacoma, and within 20 minutes I had a text message from a salesman asking what he could do to earn my business. 3 days later I'm driving up to Edmonton with my dad to take delivery of a 2018 Tacoma that we were getting for an unbelievable price. Every employee at the dealership was kind, helpful, and their only concern was if we were happy with the service. The new car sales manager even approached us as we were about to leave to thank us for our business. My dad made the comment that this was by far the easiest and most positive experience buying a new vehicle. Words can't describe how impressed both my dad and myself are with the service and experience. We love our 2018 Tacoma! More

Above and Beyond Since moving to Edmonton about a year ago, my experience with Toyota on the Trail was great, until it wasn't. I had made an afternoon appointment whil Since moving to Edmonton about a year ago, my experience with Toyota on the Trail was great, until it wasn't. I had made an afternoon appointment while my mother was in town visiting, which would allow me to drop off my vehicle and take the shuttle back home while my mother watched my baby. Except when I got to my appointment, there was only a one way shuttle service available, making me unable to have my tires changed because I had to be home to feed my daughter when she woke from her nap, and only having the one vehicle, I would have no way back to dealership to pick up my vehicle after the tire change. There are very few opportunities that I have someone to watch my baby, which made getting the tires changed at this appointment so important, so I was quite upset when the shuttle would not pick me up at home enabling me to get my tires changed. When the Service Manager, Scott, found out that I had left without getting my tires changed because there was no shuttle service, he very quickly changed the bad experience to a great one, truly going above and beyond. Scott and the Assistant Service Manager arranged a few days later to come to my home and pick up my truck to bring to the delearship to have the tires changed and later drop it back off, allowing me to stay home with my baby. The service that was provided was certainly more than I could have ever asked for and I am so appreciative that they went above and beyond in making it up to me. I can't imagine that you could find better customer service anywhere else. Thank you again Toyota on the Trail. More
