Hey Jamie, Sorry to hear that this has been a bad experience for you. Unfortunately, you have purchased the vehicle quite some time ago back in April, and it was communicated to you that the TPMS sensors were non-functional. It seems however that 3/4 are now, which seems great rather than not having any! We apologize that after seven months we would be unable to contribute to any repairs or parts that you want to add to your vehicle. Take care and we hope you enjoy your 4Runner!

Hi Tina, I apologize that the initial issues were missed during the inspection which we rectified as soon as they were brought to our attention as they were very soon after your initial purchase in August last year. The A/C issue that you described was unfortunately not brought to our attention until almost 10 months after your purchase otherwise the result of the complaint would have been different. We do offer extended coverage for vehicles for issues like this just incase they were to arise during your ownership.

It was right after winter again vehicle was picked up beginning of oct and after summer we brought the AC back to your attention April. 6 months later due to the long Edmonton winter.
