Shady! The purchase amount was previously agreed upon with Raymond Alagar and Karlanfo White. Alexa Wasyliw, the senior finance, changed the terms and the total amount of the car, so my family was pressu with Raymond Alagar and Karlanfo White. Navdeep bhai is excellent with knowledge and assistance. He helped through out the deal via phone and texting. I am only taking one star off for the go auto's "reffer a friend incentive issue". These guys are scam specially when it comes to first time buyers. Olga Gavrilov did financing of my vehicle and deceived us by adding extra $6000 of package that I never agreed to. She never explained anything about extra options and tricked me by adding them after I already signed It. I went back to the dealership to get it fixed and no one wanted to help. Sales manager did not even admit that they should have explained better. These guys knew they tricked me and did not want to help. DO NOT TRUST THESE GUYS AND DOUBLE CHECK YOUR PAPERWORK BEFORE LEAVING. More
