Amazing from start to finish !!! Ali the fiance manger offered great advice for additional coverage's that Toyota has to offer, along with having all the paper work ready when it was time for me to pick up my new wheels, took all of 10 minutes. the service department was equally great to deal with , Mario, Kash and his team seem to have a great knowledge of what the term "costumer service" really is !!! Waste of time! Toyota on the Park was definitely a big waste of time - here are the reasons: a) were not serious about selling the car they were advertising (admi Toyota on the Park was definitely a big waste of time - here are the reasons: a) were not serious about selling the car they were advertising (admitted it's just there to bring in traffic) b) couldn't bother to warn me about all of the construction in the area - took me an hour longer to reach them c) did not have the courtesy to return emails After such a nasty trek, here I was hoping they wouldn't waste my time and I told them as much. Of course, they didn't even want to sell the car they had advertised, so a very bad customer experience here! More

Honest, courteous, professional I bought my 2015 Sienna from Toyota On The Park brand new. I have been in for my scheduled service as well as a few other issues that have come up. I was just in there a couple of days ago for an AC noise as well as a check of my TPMS. I dealt with Sean Cheng as well as Hon Ho and dealing with them reminds me of why I will continue to service my vehicle there.
