Best car experience ever We knew we were going to lease our third Corolla. The previous ones were from another dealership, but we were not happy with the experience there..the We knew we were going to lease our third Corolla. The previous ones were from another dealership, but we were not happy with the experience there..the atmosphere was high pressure and slightly sleazy. Fortunately we were referred to Toyota On The Park. Our experience was totally positive right from the moment we walked into the showroom. We were returning our leased vehicle 6 weeks early in order to take advantage of a promotion that ended at the end of 2016. Our first contact with the dealership was by email where the deals were mentioned without us asking. For comparison we visited our previous dealership to check out what they had to offer. The initial response from them did not include the 1% interest deduction that we knew was available. It was only after we mentioned the promotion that it was applied to our offer. At our previous dealer we were given lots of double talk about the paint job that would be needed and other issues..blah blah blah. This chatter resulted in our needing to have $1000 plus on delivery cover the repairs and 1st payment...but we already made our December payment so they would have received 2 payments in December. Note that we do not pay a downpayment when we lease. We were also given the line that "we are losing money on this transaction". Sure..we believed that?!?!?! We were able to see through this junk talk and said we would think about it and left. We had an appointment the next day Toyota On The Park. At Toyota On The Park, we were treated with respect, as if we were family. We told Matt what we were looking for and that is exactly what he priced for us. There was no need to haggle or be on the defensive. There was no double talk nor attempts to gouge us on the condition of the car (which really wasn't too bad). This car was being returned with very low mileage. We signed the deal and were to return in 2 days to pick up the new car. Jordin was the person who was prepping the car for pickup. I turned and looked at the coffee area where he was at the sink WASHING THE LICENCE PLATE!! He also straightened it. That just showed us that this dealership has a great respect for their product and their customers. All being well, we'll be back in 4 years! More
