They also noticed that I could reduce the kilometers per year which would be a savings. I then met with Ali who thoroughly cover all parts of the lease agreement and other programs. I initially declined the ECP. After reviewing my previous service bills, Ali recommended a different class for the ECP, which I took. Chelsea contacted my insurance company and got all information. The whole experience was easy and enjoyable. The people I met were all professional, knowledgeable and extremely nice to work with. I have always had my car serviced here and again a wonderful pleasant and knowledgeable staff. Thank you!! More

Not in the case of Jeff Moore who was incredibly friendly, helpful, knowledgeable, patient, funny and, yes (!), absolutely 100% genuine during the process of purchasing my new RAV4 this week at Toyota On The Park. I arrived exhausted and edgy after having spent my day trudging to and from other dealers and being subjected to a multitude of pressure sale tactics, in an attempt to find "the" car for me. He was able to put me at ease and really suss out what it was that I wanted, walk me through the process, provide advice and, best of all, let me leave to go think about the test drive and the information he'd given me without making me feel like I'd be burning a bridge. The RAV4 is a quality vehicle and Toyota has an excellent reputation, so it was always among the handful of choices I was considering. Jeff's exemplary customer service during the entire process this week truly sealed the deal for me.
