Shelly Butler is useless if you not buying a car If you purchase from here stay far away from Shelly Butler. We tried to buy tire warranty for our new tires as per the Toyota website. We spoke to her in person and she said she needed to contact head office and would call us back the next day . Two days later nothing. We called her direct number and she answered then told us she could do it. I gave her my credit card to save her from having to call me back. One week later, I still see nothing on my credit card. I call and leave another message for her since she won't answer the phone. Still nothing. This is an absolute disgrace in customer service. I understand the revenue from the tire warranty is low value but if a customer wants to purchase something, it would be nice if you actually did it. More

Friendly and informative staff. Good location. I have never driven an automatic before. Your staff Anastasia took time to show me and to make me comfortable when I started my new car. She also preset all the indicators and gadgets which is considerate as my last car was 12 years old and it did not have much fancy electronic gadgets. As well, she offered to show me more details once I am comfortable with the basics. Last but not least, she has a great sense of humor and seems to enjoy being helpful. Your salesman John Lee is knowledgeable and patient, going out of his way to show my husband how to operate the automatic gear, answering all our questions and ensuring that the purchase and trade-in transactions are smooth. Actually went in looking to buy a Rav4 and, although we enjoyed the test drive of that car, I saw the Prime in the car bay and immediately fell for it. Doug was very patient and did not pressure us into buying the Rav4. Test drove the Prime and a couple of days later we went back and made all the arrangements seamlessly to buy it. The financial manager did not try to upsell us on anything and just laid out the options and let us decide. Great staff...great car. Thanks again Doug. More
