Adam Lawson - empowered employee During a hectic day I was lucky to have Adam Lawson as my service consultant at Toyota On the Park, Toronto. I dropped my garage opener fob behind the During a hectic day I was lucky to have Adam Lawson as my service consultant at Toyota On the Park, Toronto. I dropped my garage opener fob behind the parking brake and below the utility bucket. My retrieval attempts were futile and I drove to Toyota. I was taken in right away, and Adam spoke with a few of his associates and came back with the news that I would need to leave the car 2.5 hours or I could book an appointment the following Thursday. As soon as Adam said this, he recognized the inconvenience and re-evaluated. He excused himself and after speaking with two others, got a technician to take a quick look. As a result of Adam's persistence, and taking control of the situation, I was out of there within 20 minutes... key fob in hand and a freshly washed car. Service I brought my 2011 Prius in to change my tires from winter to summer and for a regular service check. I did not have to wait long for a shuttle. Sameer called within an hour to advise me of some minor repairs that needed to be done. He explained the need repaired in detail as well as the price. The car was ready before the estemated time and the shuttle bus picked me up shortly thereafter. The repairs were done to my satisfaction and the car is running great. More

Always Great Customer Service There is not enough I can say about the Customer Service both my wife (2008 Highlander Limited) or I (2001 Solara Convertible) receive each and every There is not enough I can say about the Customer Service both my wife (2008 Highlander Limited) or I (2001 Solara Convertible) receive each and every time we bring our vehicles in for maintenance or repairs. On my last visit, the Traction Control sensor and ABS was not working. After the initial diagnostic, Hon identified that the part would have cost me $4500 to replace. For a car that is 13 years old, that could have been a deal breaker in the decision not to keep it. I'm hoping to keep the car for a few more years as it's in excellent condition. Hon suggested that I replace the part with a used replacement for 15% of the new cost. More
