I already had an old Corolla and I was completely satisfied however I wanted to shift to a full size car for my family. I had a chance to have Mr Paul Baretto as my dealership who was recommended to me from somebody else. He is an honest and a very friendly person. He is very professional and knows technical details about vehicles. He was really patient to answer all my questions and concern regarding the new Camry and services across the country. Always Great Customer Service There is not enough I can say about the Customer Service both my wife (2008 Highlander Limited) or I (2001 Solara Convertible) receive each and every There is not enough I can say about the Customer Service both my wife (2008 Highlander Limited) or I (2001 Solara Convertible) receive each and every time we bring our vehicles in for maintenance or repairs. On my last visit, the Traction Control sensor and ABS was not working. After the initial diagnostic, Hon identified that the part would have cost me $4500 to replace. For a car that is 13 years old, that could have been a deal breaker in the decision not to keep it. I'm hoping to keep the car for a few more years as it's in excellent condition. Hon suggested that I replace the part with a used replacement for 15% of the new cost. More
Service I brought my 2011 Prius in to change my tires from winter to summer and for a regular service check. I did not have to wait long for a shuttle. Sameer called within an hour to advise me of some minor repairs that needed to be done. He explained the need repaired in detail as well as the price. The car was ready before the estemated time and the shuttle bus picked me up shortly thereafter. The repairs were done to my satisfaction and the car is running great. More

New Prius V We had visited a few dealerships around while we were shopping for our new Prius. Lee approached us in a super friendly manner and was very accommoda We had visited a few dealerships around while we were shopping for our new Prius. Lee approached us in a super friendly manner and was very accommodating when we asked to take the Prius for a test drive. During our test drive Lee was very knowledgeable as he used to be a mechanic. He was able to explain in detail how the hybrid technology worked and the benefits the car had. After leaving to think about it, he called us back 5-6 days later and we went in for a chat. We got straight to the point and negotiated a price we could both agree on, and signed the papers then. Lee was very pleasant, friendly, and warm. He even offered to drive us home to pick up a forgotten void cheque. Our experience was far from a buying-a-car drill; it was actually pretty positive and I would highly recommend Lee if you live in Toronto and are looking at purchasing a Toyota.
