Best Service Advisor ever - Alisha Shah I have been taking my Sienna, which I bought used and not at this dealership, to Toyota On The Park for years now. I don't know how many years - but Alisha would be able to tell you. The real point is that Alisha would be able to tell you everything about my van. Alisha - Thank you for your continued professionalism, understanding and hard work. You are an absolute pleasure to deal with and instil confidence in the quality of work that your team has performed on the vehicle that I trust to transport me and my family around in. Nothing reminds me of that fact more than having a horrible experience at a competitor which I take my other car to. Would you service my Saturn also? Apparently Dean Myers GM is too busy to do so… Or at least that may be the case – hard to tell, they are so busy, I don’t even get a call back… More

Exceptional vehicle delivery service Jure Rossini is a car nut and it shows in everything he does. The car (new-to-me) was spotlessly turned out with no prep item missed. Jure went over the vehicle's features in detail and taught me a few car care tricks I didn't know. On the Finance side, Alice Lake got everything documented quickly and smoothly. After a not so pleasant phone conversation with my local Toyota dealer, I decided to give Toyota On The Park a try as it was close to work and conveni After a not so pleasant phone conversation with my local Toyota dealer, I decided to give Toyota On The Park a try as it was close to work and convenient. I'm glad I did as overall it was a very good experience. Customer service was extremely good (exactly what one would expect from a professional Toyota dealer, thanks again Sham), the atmosphere and look of the dealership is very clean and modern, and perhaps most important of all, they stand behind and warranty what they service. I had a problem with one of the v-belts they replaced on my wife's van. When I called to tell Sham about it, an appointment was made to have it looked at. Well not only did Sham replace the almost brand new v-belt, he replaced the other v-belts too ensuring I was happy and confident with the end result. No drama, no arguing, no fighting. It was just that pleasant. Not only that but he compensated me for my lost time having to come in again, which was appreciated and unsolicited. Sham helped make the overall experience positive and as such I would definitely recommend Toyota On The Park. Only negative point I can think of would be their pricing is a bit higher compared to other Toyota dealers (which themselves are usually higher than regular automotive shops). But for the high level of service and overall good experience encountered, I'd say it's an acceptable trade off and one I will make again in the future. Sonny M. More

Reza calls me till date about car and any problem that i may encountered in a month. Definitely an extra mile in relationship and soon i am buying my second car from them. its a hassle free experience, from finalizing a deal to registeration all under one roof for customers.
