Even though there is still paperwork, Alice Lake is the most organized, proactive financial services woman I have dealt with. She provides the most punctual, informative and helpful service that we could have asked for. It wasn't all boring paperwork! We even had a moment of dog sharing photos! His style of selling was extremely suitable for me. From the first time I met him, he told me that he is different from most other salesman and that is exactly what he is. I did not feel that he was aggressive in pushing me to buy a car from him. He gave me all the information needed about different cars (even those that were not Toyota) such as pros and cons, and allowed me to make the decision for myself. After I decided that Toyota was the car that I was most interested in, that's when Justin got to work. As a young driver, he knew how important it was for me to get all the most up to date features. However, he also understood that I was working on a tight budget. He worked hard to find me a slightly used fully loaded Toyota Rav4 Limited (with only 14,000km) for the price of a brand new Rav4 LE. As a brand new car owner what more can I ask for. I got a chance to enjoy driving in a luxury car without having to pay the price for it. Justin truly made me feel like he was there to help me get what I want which is something that not many salesman can do. He even came in early the morning when I was picking up my car to spray the bottom of the car with an extra layer of anti-rust protection. You can't ask for much more from a salesman. I would highly recommend anyone that is looking to buy a Toyota to speak with Justin from the Toyota on the Park dealership as he will pretty much bend over backwards to make you happy.
