When it was time to "deliver" the Sequoia to us, Conrad made himself available to meet our schedule, coming into the showroom after his business day had ended to conclude the transaction. We wanted to make some modifications to our selection after we left the dealership. Despite the fact it was after hours, she talked to us and provided more information on how we can make sure we get the car we wanted. She has great customer service skills and I would definitely recommend her to our family and friends who are interested in purchasing new/preowned vehicles. The fact is that Eugene and Benni made a hard effort to find my best deal for a Prius beyond that I was looking for, in other terms they exceed my expectations. I started from a Prius C and finalize with an outstanding Prius Standard Package taking in consideration Eugene´s advices and excelent financial rates from Benni´s field. As a team they made my dreams come true and they really understand what is the customer satisfaction how important it is. In japanese it is common to say "gambaru ????" which it means make your best effort, Eugene and Benni made their best efforts to listen my needs, to attend them and delivered more that I was expecting.
