This past service, however, was not to the standard I expect from any decent dealership. It was one thing for the regular scheduled maintenance to balloon from less than $200 to almost $700 with taxes, I've come to expect that from dealerships and dread "the call"... However, not-so-little things like promising to fix the cargo net but getting home and opening the trunk to find it NOT fixed, or asking if the car had been washed (as I'm paying the bill) and being promised that it was, but finding it hadn't been... The steering wheel and wheels were locked and the engine immobilization system appeared to have been activated. I contacted the service department to see if they could give me any suggestions to pass on to my daughter. Anastasia took my call twice and after a few iterations with calls to my daughter, we figured out what the problem was. It really saved the day and I'm very, very appreciative of the help. More

I told Justin about an upcoming life change/move and we bonded as he had done something very similar in his past. Justin was very understanding of what I was looking for and presented many helpful solutions. After a many test drives, and two weeks of dealership visits, the end result was a shiny Camry XLE. Justin had ensured all the details were taken care of, and made sure the car was in showroom condition upon delivery. He had treated the car as if it was his own 4Runner. He was extremely positive, fun, and full of supportive energy/attitude. His ability to understand and support my decisions were admirable.
