The operation hours were over by the time we picked the car and yet we completed the paper work which took us at least two hours to understand and sign on. He was very helpful with navigating the various benefits of the cars in the used lot. Eugene was very knowledgable on the product wether that be a used Honda civic, Lexus or Toyota. Looking through the cost / beneifits of owning a used / gently used / new car helped us enormously to make the final decision.
