He was very respectful that we were coming from out of town -- he had the car polished and clean and waiting for a test drive when we arrived. Alice Lake helped us with some financial questions and suggested a way to compare prices for various models with different mileage and features. She helped us run the numbers and we looked at some other cars on the lot. After another test drive we chose a second vehicle and are very happy with our choice. First-rate professionalism and courtesy Anastasia was a pleasure to deal with. She kept me informed as to the work that needed to be done (and there was a lot), the cost of repairs was item Anastasia was a pleasure to deal with. When a requested emissions test was inadvertently forgotten, Anastasia got right on it and ensured it was completed before I arrived to pick up my vehicle. I was well-advised during the course of the repairs and she also managed all the arrangements for a rental car on my behalf. I basically was able to go about my business while she handled eveything related to my service appointment in the background. I've had occasion to get other work done at Toyota on the Park, and I've been consistently impressed with the level of professionalism and courtesy that Service Centre staff show to their customers; Anastasia continues that tradition.
