Love my Toyota and love the people I dealt with. From the moment I entered the showroom. Everyone was very helpful and friendly. There weren't any cheesy sales pitch lines. I felt comfortable and was not pressure at any given time. My experience was calm and relaxed. The main sales person I dealt with was Conrad Praamsma, his manager Menish Kotecha, Ali Nikpour the Financial Sales Manager. Even though I purchased a 2008 Highlander Hybrid, they treated me as if I was purchasing a Lexus. Besides the great service, they disclosed everything I needed to know about the vehicle as to help me with my decision on the sale. I have done my due diligent with research on car sales tactics,"tricks" and sale pitches as to prepare myself. These professionals were open and straight forward with their information they were delivering to me. The parts people were also a great help. I dealt with Michael, who is extremely tall and helpful. I would recommend Toyota on the Park to anyone who appreciates good straight forward service. More

Love my Corolla I purchased a 2015 Toyota Corolla LE with the up graded package at Toyota On The Park. Justin Praamsma was my sales representative. He was very knowle I purchased a 2015 Toyota Corolla LE with the up graded package at Toyota On The Park. Justin Praamsma was my sales representative. He was very knowledgeable, friendly and got me the price I could afford. When I picked up my car he set up my Bluetooth which I had no idea because I previously owned a 1999 Corolla. He also went over all the gadgets in the car. He also had my car sparkling when I picked it up. I definitely would recommend this dealership. More

She instantly informed me of the range of service I could receive, from the necessary and immediate, to what might be needed in the near future, giving me the information to make safety and budget decisions that worked for me. All the people I met from entrance to exit, including the two different drivers for drop off and pick up, offered assistance in some form and the entire workplace had a relaxed but professional sense to it.
