I originally gave Petros five stars by mistake, but that rating did not reflect my actual experience. He appeared helpful, but I felt he took advantage of the fact that I did not fully understand vehicle fi rating did not reflect my actual experience. He appeared helpful, but I felt he took advantage of the fact that I did not fully understand vehicle financing and dealership paperwork. The financial terms and documents were not clearly explained to me. Even after I signed all the paperwork and purchased the car, he sent me another document two weeks later and asked me to sign it without giving me a clear explanation. This made me feel uncomfortable and misled. Based on my experience, I did not find him transparent or trustworthy, and I cannot recommend him. I strongly advise customers to carefully review every document and ask for a complete explanation before signing. More

Petros was great work with. Attentive and answered everything perfectly. Arrived on time for my appointment and he worked quite hard to get the deal finished as my purchase was Attentive and answered everything perfectly. A little less impressed with some minor issues with the condition of the paint, however I do understand I bought a used vehicle. It could have used a better cleaning from their service department paint wise as it was covered in fallout and rusty iron flakes from the brakes and paint was contaminated slightly overall. And some slight tear bumper damage wasn't disclosed and wasn't noticed till I got home, even though I asked what the condition of the paint was. Didn't notice till I was home 300 kms away, and dealt with the minor issues myself which isn't a big deal as I enjoyed detailing it myself. I would absolutely use Petros again he was awesome to deal with. Just the two minor issues other than that Toyota on the park was great to deal with. More
