The Worst dealership I have ever dealt with for lack of honesty. Excellent at saying what they think you want to hear, even if it is not true. When I visited the dealership for the third time, they told me it was mailed and had been returned by the post office. Oddly enough after all that time in the mail, it was dated the day I went back for the third time to pick it up. Easy enough to admit they forgot to mail it but instead they looked me in the eye and lied about it. More

We returned to this dealer to have our camera issues rectified. Mark Le Torre Loyalty manager took time to check out to locate issues of concern and corrected it so that we could operate it. He also explained in details how to troubleshoot should the vehicle need a boost or a battery replace the. And how best to keep the ventilation screen clean to prevent the hybrid battery from being overheat. Such small details seem minor but are important tips to new hybrid owners like us. We want also to bring up another commendation to Ahmad in sales and Dave White/Finance who demonstrated a high supportive and commitment to customer respect and support more than any other car dealers I have ever ran across. As out of province purchasers, Corey Sayer was great to work with. He was very helpful, patient, and answered our questions promptly. He was upfront about the market adjustment fee on the new vehicle we wa work with. He was very helpful, patient, and answered our questions promptly. I enjoyed working with Corey, and even when I told him we would be cancelling our purchase with Toyota Northwest Edmonton because we were able to purchase the same vehicle in our home province, he was very courteous and understanding. If we ever decide to purchase a vehicle from Toyota Northwest Edmonton in the future, I'll definitely be asking for Corey as the sales person. More
