Great bunch in the service department I stopped in on Monday around noon to have my charging system checked as I noticed my gauge was fluctuating. I explained to the the lady service writ I stopped in on Monday around noon to have my charging system checked as I noticed my gauge was fluctuating. I explained to the the lady service writer and told her what was going on and that I still needed to get to the other end of the island and back by 5PM. This was a work vehicle and I had to get to all my customers before they closed. Anyway she said to continue to my last stop and return before I headed out of town and they would have a look at it. They managed to look after me as soon as I got back, about half hour. They sent a mechanic with a portable diagnostic machine, did all the tests and gave me the read out. I then proceeded to pay where they used me very fairly for the service. As I was leaving town to head west the young lady called me and told me I had forgotten my vehicle paperwork behind. I asked her what time they were open until and she said 7PM. I thanked her for calling and asked if I could pick them up on the way back through. She said she would leave them on her desk. Great service, fast, accommodating and very fair. You cant be service like that today!! Great job folks! More
