I went to Town and Country specifically so I could deal with Joe and he did not disappoint. He showed me the cars he had, honestly answered some questions on pros and cons and we were able to conclude a fair deal very quickly. I felt like I had gotten excellent value and service and was therefore very happy to buy my car from Joe. Since my purchase, Joe has followed up regularly and answered my questions about various matters. This type of service builds long term client relationships that are about more than just getting the lowest price at any cost. I would not hesitate to purchase again from Joe when the time comes. I came in for a service a bit earlier than needed and spoke to Allan. He informed me that while an oil change would be beneficial and he would happily do one, it was not strictly necessary at that time. I really appreciated that.
