Excellent Treatment and Staff I first visited Town & Country while it was raining. Diane Dombrowski came out help my son and I while we looking at used cars. A few weeks later I went to the dealership and purchased a used convertible through Diane. She was very polite and professional. She gave me a tour of the dealership and introduced me to many people (service, parts, and management) who were also very polite and professional. They made me feel as though my business was wanted and they wanted to look after me and my car. I should note that I was also able to negotiate a deal which I thought was fair to both myself and the dealership, this was done in a friendly, non adversarial manner.
