Excellent Personalized Service! I've been bringing my two VWs to Town + Country since 2010 and have always been treated with friendly smiles and excellent service. I've been dealing with Bart all these years and he, along with the service team behind the scenes, always find time to take care of my vehicles. I can easily bring in my vehicle on a scheduled basis or call up Bart and get my vehicles in for emergency service. If Bart's unavailable, Ron is there to provide that friendly service. The free shuttle service, courtesy of friendly George, is also a very important convenience, as I can leave my vehicles with Bart and his team while I'm at the office. As long as I have a VW, I'll be bringing it back to Bart and Ron at Town + Country! More
Service department like no other! I bought my vehicle here many years ago, but the Bart is the reason I'll keep coming back and he'll be a major factor in my next vehicle selection as I bought my vehicle here many years ago, but the Bart is the reason I'll keep coming back and he'll be a major factor in my next vehicle selection as well. This is the only service department where I don't feel pressured into unnecessary work. Bart always has my interests in mind when he advises any repairs and always makes sure I'm not inconvenienced when the work is being performed. Any issues are addressed quickly and efficiently. More

Never got follow up and worst service I already email the store manger the story, store manger emailed me back saying they will follow up, but I never got a follow up! Here is my email: I recently broke my car dropped it with your staff who name Bart in service department to "help" me to fix it. Here is my feeling through my whole experience I really want you to take time and read it through. It is last Wednesday March 1st in the morning I called in for help. Bart picked up the phone with a lot of attitude saying I need to get my car there in order to look at it. Because I need to drive my car everyday to work so I questioned him few questions before I made my decision . 1) how long is going to take him to fix. He said he need to look at it first. 2) if the parts are broken , how long the shipping will take and he answered 1-2 days. 3) I need to borrow a car is it free\ covered by warranty(because I just bought my car July 2016 it is still within a year), he said if i hit it, is not covered and it will cost $35 per day to rent a car. Up to this point, his voice is not nice at all and he was trying to rush me there as soon as possible to get the sale. Because I am in an urgency situation so I trust his words towed my car there to meet him. We looked at the car together, I asked again about warranty he is still acting sharp and trying to fight me over about warranty problem. Because he got lots of attitude so I asked for his manger. At this point he said manger is on conference call he can not come out and what is my problem. I said again I want talk to your manger. So he went to the back his manger who name Ron came out and he explained the warranty to me in a better tone. Therefore, I let Bart look at my car and gave me a quote. We made an agreement with the price and I asked him again how long is going to take him to fix, he said one day because it was not a big problem. I trusted him, he called BMW side so I can rent a car use "his price". So I followed his instructions, rent a car and went home that day. Next day March 2nd, because I need to return the rent car at 10am so I called early in the morning to check if my car is ready for pick up. Bart answered phone saying it is going to be ready later in the day he will call me back to confirm within half an hour. I waited 2 hours and never got an call back so I decided to call again because I have to work in the afternoon. He picked up the phone yelling at me saying there are lot of car coming in now he does not have time to call me back and my car won't be ready until Monday because the part is on back order. Seriously, I don't feel any service or help being made until this point excepted he sold me 6 days car renting $240 plus $544+tax to fix my car. He did not follow up with me, he lied to me about ordering parts and selling me unless four days car rental extra. He yelled at me through phone calls. I don't know if he is just racist or just because I am a girl and I know nothing about cars. Or he just do this to everyone! To be honest, I called your store because I brought your car there and had a great experience before with the sales person and she gave me the number. But if this is how you "service" people after they paid money and brought the car back for "service" I am afraid that you will have no more business. More
