Thank you for your comments regarding your purchase and service experience at Tower Chrysler. All feedback helps us to improve our service. Your positive comments have been passed to Robert and Eddie. Regarding your experience in the Service and Parts Departments, we have pulled the call logs relating to your calls. There appears to have been repeated confusion due in no small part to the number of calls made. Each department has numerous staff; when a customer requests to be put through to a department it is not always the same person who picks up the phone. Calls may then need to be transferred to the person dealing with the concern. We apologise for any frustration; our staff have been reminded of the importance of giving their name so that customers may know who they are dealing with. A quote for the Back-up Sensor kit was given by Joe, our Parts Advisor, with an ETA of one day. At this time it was recommended that an appointment be made. Perhaps there was confusion over the remote starter? We do not refer customers to other places since we do the installations here. As far as your loan is concerned, the outstanding amount has already been couriered to the bank. We understand your frustration but delays can happen due to numerous reasons, many of which are beyond our control, as indicated in response to your calls to the Finance Manager. It is not our intention to have our customers’ experience be anything other than friendly, informative and professional. We apologise for any frustration during your visits to our dealership; we sincerely hope you will continue to bring your vehicle to Tower Chrysler.

While I appreciate the reply to my review, I do not feel that it is necessary to assume that there's confusion on my end with the Remote Start. I was in fact referred to a third party, by Eddie, the Sales Manager. The information was written down for me on a yellow post-it note and I was quoted their "dealer price" and advised to let them know that it was a referral from Tower. Had I been offered an install at your dealership at the time of purchase, I obviously would have set up the appointment right away. With regards to your comments on the financing, I understand that there are many things that can delay the payment process that are beyond your control. My ask of you is to state the possibility of that happening during our time together vs. waiting until a complaint is made to educate me on the fact that several things could go wrong. Don't provide the best case scenario and speak over me every time I express some concern with it. Instead, manage my expectations by saying that you don't know how the bank works and that there's no guarantee on how many double car payments I could be paying. For the record, I phoned Jocelyn to advise her of Scotiabank's processes so that she could be more informative to future clients. She also gave me some misinformation with regards to "stop payments" that I wanted to educate her on, again for the benefit of future clients. I never received a call back from her after I left a message with the front desk. I tired to call the dealer principal; Richard Zanetti on January 15th to discuss my dissatisfaction with the service that I received from the dealership, he was in a meeting. So I responded to his generic "Thank you for purchasing..." email with a request for him to contact me about my experience. One week later, no call and no reply. Checked to make sure that the email didn't bounce back - sure enough, it was sent. I have booked my back-up sensor install at Eastside Dodge, whose service has been nothing but impeccable over the last 2 weeks. That is where I will be taking my vehicle for all service appointments going forward.
