I was first skeptic about going to car dealers as I read so many horrible experiences from other car buyers; however It is my first time buying a car. He put customer’s benefit in place first and did not hard sale anything. Ken even offered me coffee and water after spending whole afternoon there. He also gave me a good deal on the trade-in and he looked for the car I want from other dealers. When it comes to the price, I originally thought that they cannot match the price that I showed him. Since there was a huge manufactory incentive, they already have lots of business. They could have turned down my offer. I was prepared to try elsewhere. But with the help of Michael, I was able to get the price I asked for. More
