" A Good Salesman" We just picked up a brand new car today with the help of our "Good Salesman Arnold Cabalza". He actually waited for us to come back from our vacation and hold on to the car, so we can pick it up when we come back and we thanked him for waiting for us. We really appreciate it! Great Experience I recently purchased my first car and had an excellent experience at the Toronto Hyundai dealership. I was very nervous walking into the dealership as I recently purchased my first car and had an excellent experience at the Toronto Hyundai dealership. I was very nervous walking into the dealership as it was my first experience and did not know what to expect. As soon as I walked into the dealership I felt relaxed and more comfortable as different workers greeted me and offered refreshments. My cousin who purchased a car from Toronto Hyundai one year prior recommended Arnold Cabalza to help me with making my purchase. I took his advice and was extremely satisfied with the service Arnold provided me. A kind genuine man who went to all lengths to help get me the best deal possible. AWFUL For the first time in over 30 years I was told, I had to go for a test drive with a technician when I reported it driving sluggish. No respect for my time and having to go to work. I bought the car from Hyundai - Please tell me why I have to give you my ownership/details to register with you????? Left the car and picked it up with a MAXIMUM 1 km difference on the clock, at best - I have the pictures to prove this, yet the car "was driven by 2 technicians" I may have been born at night, just not last night. Booked Vehicle in for the sluggish issue and 1st oil change no oil change occurred. NEVER EVER again. Not the first time I have had a bad experience with this dealer, but it sure is the last!! More
