Horrible experience first time car buyer As a female I feel very taken advantage of in so many ways, upon purchase of my car and agreement It was brought to my attention from my partner that As a female I feel very taken advantage of in so many ways, upon purchase of my car and agreement It was brought to my attention from my partner that the fluid levels were not up to par in my car. Also a device that was suppose to be added the day of purchase was not included either, nor was i told about this until weeks later. Also i arranged to have winter tires which i purchased from this dealership 4 weeks in advance, in turn i spent my whole Saturday as no one reached out to let me know. This has been an absolute nightmare of a purchase. I would not recommend going to this dealership, unless you want unorganized chaos added to your life. I will not be returning. More

Waste of time One word for this dealership ... Untrustworthy ! Was buying a used car (that supposedly met all the safety standards etc) and found out that the One word for this dealership ... Untrustworthy ! Was buying a used car (that supposedly met all the safety standards etc) and found out that the inside of the rotors were completely rusted. The only reason the outsides didn’t show rust is that they had been sanded to make them look ok. I said that although I didn’t appreciate their efforts to cover the rust up, I’d agree to purchase the car if they’d knock off $500 (the cost of replacing the rotors). They said that it would cost them $500 to replace the rotors (a blatant lie) but that they’d split the cost with me. I agreed to come back in on the understanding that they’d knock $250 off the price. When I got there (of course) the deal was different and now I was going to pay them $250 for a new set of rotors (uninstalled). When I said no, all of a sudden their story changed and they showed me “their cost” for the rotors. Supposedly their cost is $220 (no labour) .... I believe their cost is in the neighbourhood of $20/rotor .... Thanks for wasting my time Fan, find yourself another job ... You are better than this ! More

NOT REALLY A BRAND NEW CAR AFTER ALL! I wasn't going to this review at all, because I was happy with the service; but today I just went for my first engine oil change at one my friend's pl I wasn't going to this review at all, because I was happy with the service; but today I just went for my first engine oil change at one my friend's place, and I just informed that MY BRAND NEW 2018 HONDA ACCORD IS NOT NEW (had it since April 2018, stupid me! did not look carefully or bring someone experienced enough to check for me before I left the dealership), it must be a demo or someone crashed it before (back of the car) and Honda tried to patch it up. SO FREAKING MAD RIGHT NOW !!!!!!! BUT I GUESS NOW IT'S TOO LATE TO ARGUE WITH THEM More
