Very interesting GUY!, he was busy with the customer at the moment but he promised me he will get back to me in 20 mins and offered me a coffe with seat. He kept his promise and got back to me even before i finish my coffee, in meantime while i was waiting for him , he kept stop by and toll me that he didn't forget me ^-^ It was my second dealership that I stopped by for just get some information , but I couldn't live the dealership without giving Kenny a Score(buying the car)! Even later when I came back to pick up the vehicle with my wife and family member, all my family member loved him! Oh BTW, When I arrived the dealership to pick up the car, Kenny Kim was CLEANING the car, the funny part is car gets ready for me and cleaned by professional cleaner but he still look after what he sold!!! Right from reception person (sorry, forgot name) to the salesperson, Luiza, the whole experience was very cordial & courteous with focus on customer needs & requirements without being too pushy. Luiza has been very helpful to explain the specs of the car & convince me to test drive the vehicle & give me the feel of the car which was very helpful. She followed up very courteously and without being pushy and genuinely tried to help me make the right decision - for which I am very thankful to her. Quick & Courteous Service I went in early in the morning for a warranty service on a rear tail light for my 2011 Hyundai Genesis coupe. The tail light had water leaking inside I went in early in the morning for a warranty service on a rear tail light for my 2011 Hyundai Genesis coupe. The tail light had water leaking inside and was fogged up. Ricco at the service counter was courteous and efficient. He helped me right away. He explained that the repair would most certainly be fixed under warranty no questions asked and no run-around. He took my info and said he would order the part and then call me next week when it was in. I left the dealer only to get a call on my cell phone within 2 minutes of leaving. It was Ricco telling me to come back if I can as he has the part and would love to replace it immediately! I waited for about 1.5 hours and it was fixed without an appointment! I've visited several Hyundai dealerships around the GTA and the service here was by far the best. Thanks Ricco for your help that morning. More

A Dealership with a Heart. Nine months ago, I bought a Sonata from another dealer. I have always had the car serviced at Thornhill Hyundai. When I had an “issue” with the car I Nine months ago, I bought a Sonata from another dealer. I have always had the car serviced at Thornhill Hyundai. When I had an “issue” with the car I spoke to Mimi Saniasy, the Service Department Supervisor. She was always very friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. She escalated the situation to Adriano Porcarelli the Fixed Operations Manager. Adriano, was extremely busy, however he took the time to analyze and discuss the entire issue and showed a genuine concern to resolve the problem. His professionalism and customer care were exceptional and he felt it would be best if he discussed the matter with the Vice President, Jeffery Copan and see if he could set up a meeting. I met with Jeffery Copan, and I was very impressed and surprised at how he dealt with the situation. I was treated with the utmost dignity and respect and my problem became his problem as he took ownership of the situation. He was extremely reasonable and did everything he could to finalize a deal and make me happy. He then had his Sales Manager, Ting Ying, look after the transaction, which was done effectively. I am now the proud owner of a new Sonata and I couldn’t be happier. My thanks to Jeff Copan and the great team at Thornhill Hyundai. More
