I called into Thor Motors about a week or so back and spoke to Rebecca about booking our Ford Fiesta in for a brake check she gave me an appointment f I called into Thor Motors about a week or so back and spoke to Rebecca about booking our Ford Fiesta in for a brake check she gave me an appointment for the following week which I attended at 0800. Ron took control and within an hour or so at 0930 he had sorted out just what the problem was sorted out a list of parts and the price tag we had a quick discussion and he got on with the job. I was given a lift home and picked up again two hours later we got back to Thor Motors by about 1200 and the job was finished all I had to do was sign the paper work and pay the tab, the car runs very sweetly. So the parts were to hand, the expertise was to hand and the supervision was to hand in my book I am well pleased with the attention that I received many thanks to Rebecca and Ron and your staff. What kind of service is that, my car won't go there ever, I was thinking on buy a new unit there but defiantly this may me change my mind More
