Ford Escape purchase We heard that the new Escape had a Hybrid option coming and started to work with Mike Sturley on the purchase last August. He kept us up to date with vehicle information as new releases came out and helped us immensely on what options would best suit our needs. Everything came together without a hitch on February 5th and although it has only been a couple of weeks we are totally satisfied with our new vehicle. Hats off to Mike!! Great Service I didn't purchase my 2019 F250 at Thor but when the selling dealer told me the issue with my trailer electrical system wasn't repairable at this time I didn't purchase my 2019 F250 at Thor but when the selling dealer told me the issue with my trailer electrical system wasn't repairable at this time due to Ford not having a fix for it I was skeptical and called Thor to see if they would give me the same answer. I got an appointment that worked for my schedule and they were able to make the repairs that supposedly couldn't be done, it was as easy as changing the trailer plug on the bumper. I was in and out in an hour or less with a very annoying problem that I had been dealing with for over a month corrected (and an oil change). I will continue to use their service when ever I can or need to for regular maintenance. Thanks Thor! More

I traded in two vehicles and bought one . The experience was overall very good ,any small issues we have experienced thus far where resolved quickly by our sales man . Extremely Frustrating Service Bought our F150 brand new off the lot, have had nothing but issues with it. Every time we bring it in for service or for a recall that is due they nev Bought our F150 brand new off the lot, have had nothing but issues with it. Every time we bring it in for service or for a recall that is due they never fix it or something is not done properly. One of the recalls they “fixed” actually cause the doors to lock completely and you couldn’t open them. Which we had to return to have them rip apart the door and replace the parts again. Service staff is honestly a giant pain to deal with and always difficult, can be rude and condescending. Not only do we have our F150 but we have a Ford Edge that we have brought in for service and it’s just been a nightmare with not getting service done right. We been in there twice in the past month for a problem with our truck that they said they fixed back in December, got the run around from them and now have to return for a third which I don’t have time for, but they would make sure the service manager was there to resolve everything and to have the display fixed that was acting up but was never addressed. The morning of the appointment they called to have us rescheduled because they couldn’t see us after we change our entire morning around for them. Again. We were also told that they placed some cheap oem spark plugs and not the proper ford recommended ones in our truck and that is why we were having some of our problems while driving that cause the entire truck to shutter sporadically while driving down the hwy. Surely this is not comforting....what else was not done right. More
