Wasted day On my last experience I an appointment for snow tire change. On booking I was told that I couldn't come inside and the change would take 45 mins. It was a cold day but I filled an hour walking around. On returning to Thor Motors I found the car where I left it. When I called in I was told they probably wouldn't start on my car till after 1pm even though I was on time for a 10:30 appointment. Never had a problem with service At last service mentioned to Ron of continual shudder in transmission on take off. Ron checked my Focus records and indicated my model was still under extended warranty and needed car for full day.
