failed to replace faulty equipment poor quality Ford was fully aware that from 2001 to 2016 they used poor quality lug nuts on several of their vehicles which resulted in lug nuts being replaced at Ford was fully aware that from 2001 to 2016 they used poor quality lug nuts on several of their vehicles which resulted in lug nuts being replaced at the owners cost. I hold Ford and the dealerships fully responsible for not replacing the faulty parts and for not making the buyers made aware. This should have never been allowed to continue for all these years. Wasted day On my last experience I an appointment for snow tire change. On booking I was told that I couldn't come inside and the change would take 45 mins. It was a cold day but I filled an hour walking around. On returning to Thor Motors I found the car where I left it. When I called in I was told they probably wouldn't start on my car till after 1pm even though I was on time for a 10:30 appointment. Never had a problem with service At last service mentioned to Ron of continual shudder in transmission on take off.
