The Loan Arranger

I am highly recommending Tony Scala and his team located at the Loan Arranger within Toronto's lot. From the very moment we drove onto the Loan Arrangers lot we were made to feel like we were the ones in c at the Loan Arranger within Toronto's lot. From the very moment we drove onto the Loan Arrangers lot we were made to feel like we were the ones in charge and whatever we wanted to see, drive, or ask questions about were answered. Not only were our questions answered but more detail was given by Tony and we weren't made to feel like we had no idea what we were talking about. Tony Scala not only was informative, he was helpful in helping us decide what type of vehicle would suit our family best. There was never any pressure placed upon us and when we chose the Toyota Venza to test drive, not only was Tony right in his recommendation but moved 3 or 4 cars to get us the one we wanted to drive. I would like to also mention that both my wife and I are professional people in the careers that we have chosen. That being said we are both each others second marriage. A concern that we had was our credit ratings might not be good enough to allow us to pick the exact vehicle we wanted as a result of our divorces, however Tony was quick to make suggestions on how to improve this rating for not only ourselves but for any reason we may need to utilize our rating in the future. After falling in love with the Venza, we were welcomed inside to see if we would be accepted for financing this purchase. Within 24 hrs of meeting Tony, we were given the approval our family so deserved. We picked our new vehicle up 3 days later and to our surprise, Tony had gave us the gift of new tires which would have cost us 1300.00. The vehicle passed the safety and emission test, but the mechanic said the tires that were on the vehicle would pass safety but wouldn't last long. Tony without blinking gave the green light to replace the tires with brand new ones. Again Tony avoided the thought of having to replace tires soon after purchase and paid for the news ones to be installed. Our family of 5, would like to express our sincerest thank you to Tony Scala of the Loan Arranger in the Toronto location, and we would strongly recommend and encourage anybody who might be or may be in the same position as our family was and thinking it could never happen for them to please call, show up, and ask to speak to Tony. I promise you won't be disappointed. I would like to end off by saying that the day we picked up our new, used s.u.v. it was clean and full of gas. Tony didn't stop here with pleasing us and gave us the gift of filling our other vehicles tank with gas costing Tony again out of his pocket 61.00.......
