Dominic was patient with my situation and provided more than just an excellent sales experience. He provided me solid advice and while he could have sold me a more expensive car he put me in the just the than just an excellent sales experience. I had suffered a layoff from my job just over 4 years ago and was not in the best position financially, as a result my credit score had dropped drastically. I have just recently got my job back but hit the p and was not in the best position financially, as a result my credit score had dropped drastically. I have just recently got my job back but hit the point where my car was costing too much to maintain. I had got to wondering if it was easier for me to buy a newer vehicle. I had done a search for car places that specialized in car loans for people trying to rebuild their credit and had come across very positive reviews for the loan arranger. After a phone call with John I was approved for a car loan with in an hour. He had taken the time to go over vehicles that would benefit me and my family. He also took the time to find one that would fit my budget explained the long term benefits of a newer vehicle as well as the 5 year open ended term to me so I can pay extra should I have it available. I was able to find a 2008 Dodge Grand Caravan fully loaded, safety, e tested and car fax ready. Everything was completely taken care of and I will have my new van within a few days. Thanks John!!! this was the first time that i have ever bought a car from dealership, i had the most amazing experience, i filled out the credit app on line and got a call from Adam, i was expecting to be stressed over from dealership, i had the most amazing experience, i filled out the credit app on line and got a call from Adam, i was expecting to be stressed over the purchase, but Adam was friendly and he was not pushy and very honest, he even came to my office to drop off my new car and took care of all the paperwork, there was no endless hassling or negotiating, his honesty and great customer service made it a memorable experience. when i called him back to let him know that there was a chip on the windshield he arranged to have the car picked up the next day and i had the car back within 2 hours, Thank you Adam for all your hard work and dedication to me. I was having difficulties of my payments twice with "Loan Arranger" I gave all my information they said that required. I gave them my new phone number right after I changed my number but they did no "Loan Arranger" I gave all my information they said that required. I gave them my new phone number right after I changed my number but they did not fix and was saying they still have my old number. Also, they said my bank account info is something wrong so I gave them what I see on my online banking and they did withdraw my money for first payment about 2 months ago. However, last month, they said they can't withdraw money again and saying I should pay on due date. (I felt they are saying they can't withdraw money because I don't have money to pay). I was very upset and sent a screen shot that is showing my account information and balance to proof that is not happened because I don't have money in my account. Also I asked a staff named "Karen" to explain what was the reason exactly. But all I got was she sent my information to another department to fix and that's it. so I replied back again and said I want to make sure this happen didn't effect to my credit. she didn't reply for 2 days so I sent an email again and she was just saying "don't worry. you won't have any problem" I was very disappointed about her service since she didn't even say "sorry" so I updated review with very bad score. however, after I updated my review, I got a message from this store that is saying sorry and asking for apologize. so I decided to forget about this happen for now and I fixed my score. I couldn't put high mark but I want to keep on my eyes and if I don't get any trouble again or get good service in the future, I'm sure that I will be happy to fix my score to more higher again. More
