Most fun we have ever had buying a vehicle! We bought a 2016 Dodge Challenger SRT HELLCAT. Everyone at the dealership was attentive and focused on customer service. The salesperson concentrated on establishing a relationship with us rather than simply focusing on the sale. Financing was simple and the staff expedited the paperwork so we could have the car for the weekend. We would recommend everyone at the dealership, especially Michael Vanderwater, as the experience was positive and hassel-free. It isn't every day that you walk into a dealership and buy a Hellcat and Lakehead Motors made sure we had fun buying it!!! More

Unethical behaviour The sales department misrepresented a vehicle I purchased. The model was wrong and the vehicle had more miles than advertised. It was supposed to be completely inspected and road worthy. The vehicle would not pass a safety inspection and required $3000 worth of repairs to pass. The dealership did not admit to any of these issues. I was told it wasn't there issue. We did negotiate a resolution but only because of my persistence. More
