Typical Dealership.... Nothing To Brag About Typical Dealership.... They are your "Best Friend" and follow up on things until they get your cheque. After your money is in their hands, do not ev Typical Dealership.... They are your "Best Friend" and follow up on things until they get your cheque. After your money is in their hands, do not even try to get follow up questions answered because it will not happen... I traded my Journey in for a 5 month old one in that had a few extras already included... I found the business manager Bryan extremely annoying. He tried to sell me a warranty the car already had and when I told him to stop as I was not buying any extras, he continued to talk and push.... I have purchased my last 5 Dodge/Ram products down East in the GTA area. I find the service before and after the sale way more personal and professional not to mention the huge $$$ savings. I tried to give Lakehead a chance after being blown off by them 4 years ago... The deal I got on this car was fair but not sure if I could recommend them or not. The Used car manager John was extremely helpful and gave me fair value for the car I traded in. Thumbs up to him. More
