Terrible experience----got a window sticker price and info from a sales person over email and text. Went to test drive---and then to purchase car and got told by the sales person that it was now $11k mor info from a sales person over email and text. Emailed Ford and the dealership general manager and never heard anything back about this unethical and illegal technique and would give them zero stars if possible. Called before we went to see a car advertised on their website. When we got their they started making excuses about a mistake online, the car was actually $5,000 more. Then they wanted even more money if we paid cash. Very shady place. Will NEVER try to buy from them again and will tell our friends to stay clear. It doesn’t have to be this way when buying a used car. One week later we bought a great Ford at an out of town Chrysler dealership. They couldn’t have been nicer and threw in lots of extras. Everyone was nice and smiling to me. The environment is clean and neat. The coffee there was really good too. They washed my car, and refilled the windshield washer fluid for my car for free.
