Really Friendly Sales Staff Came to Team Honda looking for a new car. Was trying to decide between the new Civic or the new Accord. I dealt with Cleigh who was clearly quite busy, but he took the time to help me weigh out my options and make an informed decision. Even the the Accord was the more expensive option, Cleigh ended up steering me towards a new Civic. Truly a testament to the honesty of the Team Honda Staff. It was definitely the right decision and I couldn't be happier with my new car! Highly Recommend Team Honda for anyone looking for an honest and experienced sales staff, and most importantly a great deal on their next car. More

Terrible experience When we arrived we met with Saeed and he was friendly and immediately showed us a used 2013 Hyundai. It was what we were looking for so we took it out When we arrived we met with Saeed and he was friendly and immediately showed us a used 2013 Hyundai. It was what we were looking for so we took it out for a test drive. Right away we were sold on it and when we got back to the dealership we went in and immediately started working on the paperwork. Saeed informed me that someone else was interested in the car but that we have first choice because we just test drove it and had started the process of buying. After he took my information and we agreed on a purchase price he left to confirm with his manager. Saeed came back in the room and told us that they sold the Hyundai to someone else while we were filling out paperwork! They play games with their customers and don't care about wasting time. We wasted 40 mins talking about the vehicle, test driving and then making a decision and they just xxxxed us. More

I did a lot of research and visited several Honda dealerships, but th I recently bought a Honda Civic Coupe LX from Team Honda Power House in Milton. I did a lot of research and visited several Honda dealerships, but the service I received from Sales Manager Grant Russell was exceptional. He was professional, extremely knowledgeable and very personable. He didn't pressure me and made me feel like I was a special customer. Despite a slight glitch, he made a point of keeping me informed and ensuring I received the best deal and service possible. This was my first time purchasing a new car and it was a great experience. Service adviser "couldn't be us" After service, noticed paint scuff on front of car. Told no way they did it. Then when I shortly went back due the engine light coming on, an employee After service, noticed paint scuff on front of car. Told no way they did it. Then when I shortly went back due the engine light coming on, an employee checked the code, and said it was due to the pressure washing of the engine . Also buffed out the scuff. The wash hose probably caused the scuff. Now the engine light is on again; told it would probably right itself over the weekend. I appreciate the employee being straight forward about this, but the service adviser needs to learn to address customer concerns, rather than... not our fault More

Get taken.......!!!! Then they said O2 sensor....price claimed to $1200 was shock..... No discount..!!! And the problem now is my car is staling..never had a problem with my car take great care of it......only for this shop To make as much $$$$$$ as possible on me. My advice to you consumer.......don't go here. More
