Not Keeping Customer informed Took my bike in about 2 weeks ago. Bike is on the lift..no issue that way. I was off work at 2:00 PM on 06/03/2018. I was informed that my bike would be ready that evening, and to expect a phone call later on. I live in Cambridge and this place is in Milton. Did I get a phone call to inform me of the progress of my bike..NOPE. Very disappointed this time around. Probably will be back but will let people know of my experience there. It does not take that much to call someone, after you said that you would. Now I am messed up with my ride there. Do they care..apparently Not. More

Cleigh was very personable and patient with me I have never felt so welcome at any business! Everyone at the Milton Honda went beyond my expectations. Cleigh was very personable and patient with me and very informative and in no way pushy like most people in a sales position. Irfan was very knowledgeable and thorough and really knew his stuff. Not once did I feel rushed or pushed into buying. Because of this, I ended my search there and purchased my first Honda. I genuinely recommend Milton Honda! Cleigh and Irfan are THE BEST!! More

Lost our trust Replaced parts that did not need to be done (checked by another dealer); claimed I had told them there were issues with the car which I did not my car Replaced parts that did not need to be done (checked by another dealer); claimed I had told them there were issues with the car which I did not my car was running great just went in for my oil change and brake check service. Luckily I kept all the parts as I was suspicious of the need for the work. When I complained the dealership management said it was needed work despite what a second mechanic was telling them. What was disturbing is this was 4 parts they said needed replacing and other than the one part that was not returned all three that were checked by another mechanic should never have been replaced. After lots of excuses and dismissal of the issues they lost the business of our household which included two Honda vehicles. Yes they can be friendly but my recommendation let them assess the vehicle but don't allow them to do any work until you can confirm it with another mechanic. More
Lack of Customer Service In December, I went in looking to purchase a 2018 Accord. The Salesman came over to assist me. We went back to his office and I had a few questions. Great service options I was in for service and had put off some items for a few months due to not having a ton of money to spend on my car and Rochelle helped me prioritize I was in for service and had put off some items for a few months due to not having a ton of money to spend on my car and Rochelle helped me prioritize safety items that needed to be done and gave me options for tires that were in different price ranges to get in my budget. This allowed me to fix my brakes as well and now my car is safe and driving better than ever. Great job team Honda and Rochelle More

Completley rude & hung up on me. This dealership sucks! I scheduled an AB service last week and called in to rescheduled due to a family emergency. The lady on the phone (Giselle) was extremely rude and was not helpful. I was upset and asked her to transfer me to another advisor or to the supervisor. She shouted at me and hung up the phone. I will not go to this dealership again. Its a disgrace for Honda brand to employ people like this who do not have a basic sense of customer service. More
