New purchase disappointment Stay away from Jennifer. She talked a good game to get the sale, but wasn't as knowledgable as I would expect. When I picked up my truck, options that I specified weren't done. She then tried to tell me that the factory options was what I wanted, despite being very clear when I was ordering the truck. She didn't go over the truck before I picked the truck up, and I found several scratches & chips on my brand new truck. Jennifer, despite advertising herself as a Ram Truck specialist, was definitely not. Polite & friendly, but definitely not a "Specialist" Mike Winter on the other hand was excellent. Resolved all the issues and was straight forward. Dealership itself so far has been great. Just a bad apple, I suppose. More
