Shady Unprofessional service Came to the dealership for maintenance when I was approached by Wesley offering me $3000 discount on a 2017 Lancer. Since my 2014 lancer's warranty is about to expire, I went to check out what he has to offer. I liked the car so long story short, I applied for financing. 2 weeks down the road, I still have not received any concrete response from any of their managers or from Wesley. I went to their dealership 2 days ago to ask for my deposit back upon being told by Wesley that sure I can come take my deposit back. I went to their dealership but they wouldnt refund it to me. Reception called for Wesley but he never came out to see me. Instead, Kal came to grab me and discuss my application. He started off with apologies because this and that manager went on holiday etc etc thats why my application is taking too long to process. He asked for 1 to 2 days to sort out my application. I waited for 2 days but he did not call or email me. Today, Wesley called me saying that my loan application was approved. I asked him what the figures were and he cant say anything. He said he didnt know the amounts I will be paying and told me to wait for 1 to 2 days to have the paperwork ready for me to sign. 2 weeks of waiting and payment on the other car needs to be paid again. My file was handled poorly that I just want my deposit back which they wont refund to me. I used to recommend this dealership to friends though Olson promised to pay referral fee if I refer friends who will buy from him but never did. A friend bought from him and he disappeared. Never mind the little money that he promised but what about the integrity of the dealership? I should have known better. Dont waste your time on this dealership (Surrey Mitsubishi). More

Shawn McMillan was the sales guy. Stay away. When I called him out on it he played dumb. Liar mcliarpants. Charlie was the sales manager. He at first admitted no wrongdoing. He tried to blame a language barrier for their breach of ethics. Don't trust their corporate culture! More
