DONT DEAL WITH THIS DEALERSHIP "Ray Collett" salesperson. he is a scammer salesperson. ripped me off. bought a vehicle from me on 8 nov and transferred ownership to the dealership's name right away giving me he is a scammer salesperson. ripped me off. bought a vehicle from me on 8 nov and transferred ownership to the dealership's name right away giving me excuses of accounts policies for not making payment right away and later refusing to make payment on monday 20 nov. gave me signed buy-in documents by his manager "NATHAN BRUCE".I am attaching it as proof. (my carfax affected)used it for his customer for 12 days and called me to take it back. They were holding my payment for no reason. I was lied to by the manager on the past weekend that ur cheque is ready but we have two owners who barely come every day I will get it signed by Monday and will drop it to ur home. never got any call from manager Nathan and salesperson Ray Collett said it's not my job upon asking for it. I went to the dealership to ask for help from the general MANAGER "CHARLIE MAN".I asked him respectfully if u had a minute a talk and he replied rudely I don't have time for u.upon trying he said I am not responsible for anything they do.its not my job either. surrey Mitsubishi owners I am sure u don't wanna put ur name down with these workers if u replace them ur sales, and service will be way better & ur dealership reputation will not be compromised.. never ever deal with "Ray Collett". zero after-sale service. top to bottom no one helps. My car depreciated about $4000 and they damaged my car from the rear bumper and no one is responsible.DON'T BUY OR SELL HERE.... More

I asked for fricking car fax report (using autotrader) and instead of sending me the car fax, I get 3 - 4 emails per day asking "how can I help u", "u didn't reply to my last email, how can I be of servic and instead of sending me the car fax, I get 3 - 4 emails per day asking "how can I help u", "u didn't reply to my last email, how can I be of service to u", bla bla bla. They keep asking for my phone #, but I'm not that stupid. After 9 harassing emails, I had to reply back telling them to STOP and that no way I will EVER deal with this dealership. After 9 emails, I still NEVER got the car fax report I originally asked for. More

Ahmet was super helpful in helping me purchase my first ever vehicle as a Chevrolet Camaro. He took me for a test drive for about 10 minutes, and then we negotiated our terms and financing.
