Tarek was great. He listened to us when we described what we wanted and didn't try to push something else on us. Sean is an amazing finance rep and was upfront and honest from the word go. Sean wasn't trying to force things on us that we were not interested in. He did a fantastic job in arranging the financing and understood our limitations and what was best for us. Both Tarek and Sean clearly have their customers' interests in mind and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them and this dealership. More

I can really not say enough about Jamaal. My wife and I had been to our regular family dealer and were told that as a loyalty bonus we would get a "special" financing rate and soon after found out that the rate she gave us was standard and we were getting no savings at all after the family has purchased numerous vehicles from her specifically! All we wanted was to feel like someone cared about our experience and not to be down right lied to to our faces. Jamaal was forthcoming with all information and if he made a mistake with a number he quickly corrected it and sincerely apologised. He didn't mislead us or try to push a deal on us that we weren't comfortable with. We also have to give a happy shout out to Chris who finalized the deal by going over and above what even I thought he could. My wife and I are very happy we went to surgenor and it will be our first stop next time, and Jamaal, we are recommending you to anyone we know looking to purchase a new vehicle, thanks again! More

The process can be so intimidating -- especially if it's your first vehicle! We had an appointment set up with Tarek and upon meeting him, we immediately felt comfortable. Tarek was great at explaining everything to us and was extremely patient. We told him what we wanted, and our budget, and he made it work for us. While Tarek is professional, he is so personable and friendly -- almost like talking with a friend! We also worked with Sean in financing, and he was wonderful as well. Again, very personable and friendly while maintaining professionalism. I would not hesitate to recommend either Tarek or Sean to a friend. They really made this whole experience much less intimidating and much more comfortable. Thank you both so much! More

Mike will steal your money AND belittle you I purchased a Hyundai Veloster Turbo from this dealership in 2012. The Manager Mike offered me $15k which I agreed to but when it came time to pay he downgraded that to $12k and yelled at me and belittled me in front of customers because I said that we had agreed to $15k and was upset I wasn't getting that now. DO NOT GO HERE (unless you enjoy xxxxty cars and even worse service). More
