Excellent Experience! I came to Surgenor Hyundai after visiting almost every car type in the city. I went to ford, chevy, kia, honda, toyota etc. I can honestly say that th I came to Surgenor Hyundai after visiting almost every car type in the city. I went to ford, chevy, kia, honda, toyota etc. I can honestly say that the service here was the best of them all. I also visited multiple different dealers of the other brands, in total I probably went to about 10 different dealerships in the City. The experience from Adam, the sales rep was the best I came accross. He was very knowledgable, accomodating and kind. He was completly pressure-less and made the experience an exciting one. After visiting other dealerships, I was often finding my self hunting for a way to get out of there and away from the high pressure sales men who worry more about their numbers then the people they are selling the cars to. I did not have that experience at Surgenor. The experience with Chris was also quite nice as he did not pressure us into anything, as the other dealerships had tried. At other dealers I even experienced insults with relation to my income vs. being able to afford to add things. Chris was very kind and made us aware of the things we can add and why, but was completly understanding when we decided not to. I personally think that the experience at the dealership is what sells the car. These days, most cars are honestly the same. If you take care of them, they will last. It mostly comes down to if you like it or not, and what the experience is like when you go to see it. I dont believe in pressure sales, I believe in letting people see the car, telling them about it, and letting the decide if its what is right for them, and that is what this dealership does. All in all I WILL be back to Surgenor, and I plan to advise anyone I know looking for a vehicle that this is the place to do so. More

Great experience, personal, professional. I had been to every Hyundai dealer in Ottawa, trying to find a Santa Fe that was within our budget, and a dealer willing to move on price. I had made offers on 3 separate vehicles at 3 other dealers only to walkout in frustration tired of the games. I first visited Surgenor Hyundai a month or so before our purchase of a Santa Fe. Tarek Abdelfatah greated me, I told him I was looking for a used AWD Santa Fe. They had some used ones in stock but were over my budget. Tarek took my info, said he'd keep an eye out for any. I left figuring I had just wasted an hour of my time and continued on to other dealers over the next few weeks. Last week I get a call from Tarek saying he has tracked down two Santa Fe's in my price range, with the options I wanted and they were 2015's (which I thought would have been out of my budget range). I made an appointment, Tarek, on his day off, went to get the one I wanted to see from another dealership, bought it to Surgenor's on St Laurent. It was exactly what we had been looking for, right down to the interior/exterior colors. We came to an agreement on the price which ended up being well below our budget. When we picked up our vehicle, he spent time with us going over its features etc, and had activated the satellite radio with a 3 month trial for us. Tarek has also contacted us over the past few days making sure that we are happy with the vehicle and if we had any questions or concerns. Our experience with Surgenor Hyundai has been positive, but it was Tarek that has taken it beyond just being positive, he made it a truly personal experience. Thanks Tarek! More
