Service Appointments First I would like to say my Sales expedience at Surgenor was excellent, the appointed Service requests are terrible. I had recently had an Appointed First I would like to say my Sales expedience at Surgenor was excellent, the appointed Service requests are terrible. I had recently had an Appointed oil change done and I had to wait 1 hour and 5 minutes to have this appointed service completed, but today ( 22 Oct. 2016 ) I went to have my snow tires installed on my 9 a.m. appointment and I was greeted by Joe and he ask me if I could leave the car, I stated I wanted to wait for it, he replied it could be a couple of hours. On a Appointment ? I was not satisfied. I then also ask Joe to check my snows, I had brought the wrong ones from my home garage., now he is trying to blame me for the long wait time THAT was given before the tire check. Joe said to go home call him and he would try and get me in today. I called him, he was going to busy for about 10 minutes and I decided just to go back up and wait. 1 hour and 35 minutes later I had my snows on. I had also requested to the Service Manager to voice my opinion on long wait times on appointments ( my Doctor does better ) but he was like Joe, thats the way it is. I happen to talk to two others in the waiting room, they had been there 1 .5 hours so far on an appointed oil change, good thing Canadians don't complain! Good Luck on Appointments at Surgenor. More

Worst service I've ever seen. Purchased my 2013 Sante Fe at this dealer right after they opened. Service was good for the first year, then started to be lacking. They ignored the Purchased my 2013 Sante Fe at this dealer right after they opened. Service was good for the first year, then started to be lacking. They ignored the things I needed done and looked for things to replace that were high profit and little work. They also brushed off other problems until they got worse and were "out of warranty". Now my 3 year old car is rusting and I had purchased the rust module. Can't wait to see how they get out of this fix. Looking to dump the car and I won't be replacing with a Hyundai product. Expected much more when I purchased a car with a $45K sticker. More
