Clinton from Sunshine GM service charged me for more than a hour to look at my RV wiring and tell me that it would be a very expensive fix. I took it to another shop that repaired the problem in less time th a hour to look at my RV wiring and tell me that it would be a very expensive fix. I took it to another shop that repaired the problem in less time than it took sunshine GM to diagnose the problem. I was told that sunshine GM stood by their word that it would have taken them 3 to 4 hours to do what another service bay did in less than an hour, no apologies were offered. I would not recommend this service bay. More

The dealership is easy to access from the Langdale terminal, is close to downtown Sechelt, the hours are convenient and the showroom is spotless. Since Nick was unavailable he made sure in advance that other staff were aware of our needs and requests. This is a small-town dealership in the best sense. Patrick, Ed and Deanna were friendly, professional, answered all our questions and made sure we were taken care of. They made the price of the vehicle work for us. When we decided to buy we found the paperwork ready to go, exactly as discussed with Nick. Buying a vehicle, new or used, is always a big deal financially, especially when you have to travel a bit, so it's great to have all the other details looked after this well.
