Since Nick was unavailable he made sure in advance that other staff were aware of our needs and requests. This is a small-town dealership in the best sense. Patrick, Ed and Deanna were friendly, professional, answered all our questions and made sure we were taken care of. They made the price of the vehicle work for us. When we decided to buy we found the paperwork ready to go, exactly as discussed with Nick. Buying a vehicle, new or used, is always a big deal financially, especially when you have to travel a bit, so it's great to have all the other details looked after this well.
