Please fellow consumers zoom in. $800 'doc fee' disgraceful. $1339 'service contract' which was already covered by mazda. Sales rep said 'this pays my salary', lies. I'm actually asking around a few places to see if this is even legal. On the second 'deal' piece of paper the sales rep came back with payments in bi-weekly instead of monthly like i'd asked. She got very mad when i told her i knew bi-weekly payments are 26 individual payments in a year, not twice a month like she said. They absolutely tried to trick me into paying more than the 'first deal' i was offered. The numbers don't add up either. This was the third 'deal' we got down to and it came to minimum $450 over 84months. That's $37,800 for a car that was originally advertised at $26,000. Instant walk-away for anybody. It's a real shame that places like sunridge mazda will be taking advantage of people who only look at the monthly payments. Please, please avoid. More

A pleasant young woman greeted us, and then Ted (General Sales Manager) came out of his office as he knew my friend.and then the rest is history. He was a tough negotiator, but eventually, we came to some agreement, and the deal was done. I would highly recommend Mazda Sunridge if anyone wishes to buy a preowned or a new car. Please do speak with Ted Lam- a great guy to do business with. More
