Am just coming off an unpleasant experience with a German auto maker who have had a recent diesel emissions scandal and Subaru and in particular their salesman Richard Charley have restored my faith in car salespeople. Actually everybody at this dealership treated myself and my wife with respect and humour and the whole experience was relaxing and I would recommend them to everybody. The test drive with Richard was so much fun! What he does not know about that vehicle the designers themselves don't know and again he made it a delightful experience. He even gave us a jar of Jamaican jerk seasoning for the barbecue as an extra gift. I plan to notify Subaru head office how well the Nanaimo dealership is performing. More
