WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! I was trying to purchase a vehicle from them for over a week and all the did was lead me on, tell me one thing do another, not return my calls all be I was trying to purchase a vehicle from them for over a week and all the did was lead me on, tell me one thing do another, not return my calls all because I wasn't financing it through them and they wouldn't make as much money off me! Sales service Been on the lot a total of 4times,wanting to test drive a new legacy sport...The 1st 3 times I just went in off the street with no appt. so kind of un Been on the lot a total of 4times,wanting to test drive a new legacy sport...The 1st 3 times I just went in off the street with no appt. so kind of understand that.However I made an appointment with Paul for a test drive the last time and drove for close to two hours to get to the dealership...Upon arriving found Paul to busy to take us for a test drive (what are appoints?) waited for an hour still no test drive, he did give us the keys to one so we could sit in it, wow!!, Ended up giving keys back and leaving. Not even a follow up apologie. Very disappointed. More
