As soon, we entered, we were greeted by Sales person Mohammed Khan, His experience and knowledge in Subaru vehicle was amazing, he took time to go through different models and vehicles, explaining each feature in detail. Unlike few other sales team, he never pushed us to buy any particular vehicle or trim, he gave us the time to take our decision and decide on the vehicle. The whole process was very smooth, he kept us informed on loan process and all formalities. On the day of delivery, he was prompt and sat with us to explain the vehicle functionalities in detail and made sure, we were comfortable with the vehicle before handing over the keys. The overall buying experience has been amazing with wonderful customer service. We looked up for a dealer and decided to go with the one in Brampton because of it's excellent reviews, surly that was the right decision for us to make. We end up with a most pleasurable and knowledgeable sale lady whom to provide us with all the information that we wanted to know very very patiently. She did not quite until found the right car and right price for us. And other staff were very pleasurable as well. We got our car and the rid is so smooth and most of all we feel so safe riding it.
