After numerous disappointing/arrogant sales interactions with 3 other dealers we found Brian Crozier here at Brampton Subaru. The initial Subaru dealer we got quoted from (who we bought 3 Subarus from al with 3 other dealers we found Brian Crozier here at Brampton Subaru. The initial Subaru dealer we got quoted from (who we bought 3 Subarus from already) did not disclose promotions that were on and quoted thousands of dollars higher pricing by adding “packages” we never asked for. Brian’s industry experience, professionalism and transparent sales style stood out. He was great to deal with and never pushy as we take our time and do our homework spending this kind of money. Other dealers wanted to “sell us” a car. Brian let us buy one. More

My wife and I were in the market to buy two vehicles. Subaru was on e of our top interest as my sister and brother in law both own Subaru. Used, 2024 we drove three hours to see this vehicle they lied on the phone. They told us it was not in an accident. It actually was the car was dirty to hide the marks. Manager said not willing to help or negotiate I’d be embarrassed, showing a car that dirty. we know they left the car dirty dirty so you could couldn’t see all the mistakes scratches and a big gouge in the front. Sneaky not very nice people to deal with would never recommend them. Went to a different dealership a little further away bought bought a 2024 their loss I would not recommend this place.
