I was able to get the part I needed to maintain my Subaru very quickly. Although the parts directory from Subaru Canada showed it was discontinued, the staff was able to find the correlating part and have it very quickly. Their price point was actually under that of a wrecker! Happy to see a dealership that is as reliable as my Subaru! More

We had a terrible experience trying to buy a used 2022 WRX at Subaru City. We had a verbal hold a vehicle, and the vehicle was apparently sold early the next morning. Bill Lam was great to deal with but WRX at Subaru City. We had a verbal hold a vehicle, and the vehicle was apparently sold early the next morning. Bill Lam was great to deal with but his higher level management team was terrible and unwilling to talk to us during negotiations. Would not trust these guys at all. Couldn't get a straight story on a the vehicle's condition when asked about it's maintenance records with were done at Subaru City. Very disappointed in their communication follow-up and ability / wanting to transact a deal on an advertised and transparent price. More
